swollen nostril from snorting ecstasy

I hadn't snorted anything in a long time, and on the weekend I had 3 lines of crushed pills. At the time there was no pain, in fact I was surprised it didn't hurt as I hadn't done it in so long. In total it would have only been 1 pill. Now my left nostril (the one I used to snort with) is so swollen and painful. I have never had this before, it hurts so much! Its really runny as well so its hard to blow my nose properly. Its mostly the bridge part that is painful, especially when i accidentally bump it. Will the swelling go down on its own? Or do I need to do something or help it? Or is it more serious??

and this is why you should not snort pills folks. give it a few days and if it doesn't get better go to the doctor.

Try pouring some water down it.. usually helps.

Steam bath or go to your local chemist and look for nasal sprays etc.

E is really caustic, not to mention whatever else was in the pills. Like they said, keep it moisturized, and you can apply some ointment with a q-tip to help the healing process. If it gets worse I would for sure go to the doc.

Sounds like a nasal infection. Usually anti-inflammatories will clear it up but as everyone said. Don't self diagnosis. Go get it checked

You weren't just snorting MDMA (Assuming that's the only thing in the the pill you took) You where also snorting pill binders. MDMA doesn't just magically form a pill when compressed, it needs all kinds of stuff to hold the pill together. Normally not a problem since you are supposed to take pills orally, but if you snort them...
