swollen hand and welts

This morning went about business as usual. Mixed up my heroin shot, got my tie off located a vein had my needle register pushed in no stinging no tingling felt like a normal shot. Well after takin the needle out I got a weird taste in my mouth and my arm started burning. I now have welts all down the side of my forearm and my ring and pinky finger are super swollen. Please help! I also got a huge headache and started pukin.

I'm going to close this now since it will only lead to speculation, again, the best thing for you to do is speak to a doctor or other medical professional (ideally in person).
