Heroin Swollen back and dark urine?

I took a lot of heroin last night, I'm not an addict but I did a lot and now my back is swollen and my urine is brown and my hands are numb, I was throwing up and couldn't walk earlier but it might be getting better. What should I do? I've been laying in bed all day should I wait it out, I'm not experienced with heroin, what should I do?

Ive never done heroin but in the past i have been addicted to morphine, dilaudid, fentanyl and oxy. I currently use morphine.

Heroin shouldnt do that. A pain in the back could indicate kidney problems. My advice would be to drink lots of water and cranberry juice and maybe see a doctor for a check up.

I mean your post history seems like you may be a hypochondriac (worrying about alcohol withdrawal from 1 four loco per day) as an example, but if you didn't drink anything that would make your piss dark then maybe you did hurt your liver or kidneys. If it's not dark like a brown color and you aren't feeling real bad then you should probably just drink water for the next few days

True, this was real though. I couldn't stand up, I had to crawl around the house and when I was fucked up I just thought I was fucked up and kept falling from being fucked up, but later my (what I'm assuming my kidney area), was (is) swollen. I'm still in a lot of pain today, and looking back I wasn't tripping or anything my body was just giving out. I had one brown piss though, I been spending the day in bed and feeling a bit better I can walk now, and my piss is back to clear, i bought some cranberry juice anyway

Go see a doctor. Brown urine is never a good thing. Could be liver failure, rhabdomyolysis, blood.. don’t procrastinate..

Right. Often times people are afraid to do so due to the label that may be placed on a person in the system resulting in poorer medical care in the future including not being able to get necessary medicines for example, but in cases like this you are absolutely right in your assessment and recommendation.
