Heroin Switching to Opana

Hey guys I got a call from an old dr. feel good who has some opana. I've never tried this (i am an injector of BTH but have not injected oxycotin) and I'm considering switching off the heroin to the Opana if everything goes well..

My question is, w/o micron filter is this stuff safe to crush and inject?

Also, I dont exactly have a love affair with needles and only got into injecting BTH because of the horrible pain that sniffing monkey blood causes. However, I've grown quite accustomed to the feelings that IV brings and all that comes with it.

I guess what im asking is, will i be satsified with just sniffing this stuff or am i not gonna reach the plateau im looking for?

Unless you have the opana instant release tablets they cannot be injected. Endo has one of the best Time Release mechanisms on the market and cannot be beat unless you wait 24-36 hours and what junkie has that much time to wait for their next fix. Certainly not me. Also the 24-36 method may fail you as well. I have heard of mixed results with it.

Now if you have the little round blue or pink opanas then prep those bitches up for IV. They do not gel and the high is absolutly AMAZING! The first time I got the Opana 10mg IR I was like a little kid in a candy store. I prepped it just like you would prep an oxycontin or your dope, drew back stuck myself registered and then went into heaven. According to the narcotics convertor I use it says that 10mg oxymorphone IV'd = 200mg oral oxycodone. So it's like 20mg(oxycodone):1mg(oxymorphone IV'd). I will say the rush was as good if not better the hydromorphone and the high lasted a hell of a lot longer.

Also to answer you question. If you are an IV user and like the rush you will not achieve the rush you are looking for by sniffing the tablet. However you will get high but it takes 20-30 minutes to set in.

If you don't mind can you tell me which pills you will be aquiring? What size? And are they round or hexagon shaped?

Very much appreciated and I'd be glad to describe the pills once I get them.

But before I go out, your suggesting that the hexagon shaped pills are the ER and what I "want" are round pills?

Dr. Feelgood said his pills were in 5,10,20,40mg (cant remember off the top all the mgs but thats a good start) He is as uninformed as I am, he takes uppers, hence why he sells downers.

sounds like those are the er types. the 40 and 20 def are.

Ive only been lucky enough to sniff the bastards twice i dont iv. Much more euphoric than oxycodone why idk cause oxycodones main metabolite is oxymorphone im sure.

did roughly 20 mgs the first time and felt like i had done 60mgs of oxycodone.

my best description of it would be the first hour it feels alot like a dream state more so than hydromorphone and the peak lasts ALOT longer than dilaudid.

o and if they are all er types then definitely get the 40's

Well Opana is the best pharm there is IMO, but I really doubt you will be satisfied with snorting if you are used to shooting. I find snorting them great, but Ive never been a shooter. I use Opana daily and I am tempted to shoot it all the time, but have refused to cross that line. Ive read experiences and heard that opana is unbelievable when its IV'ed, but I can only imagine how severe the addiction potential is shooting it, knowing how bad it is when snorting it.

If the pills ar the Extended-Release, which are octagon shaped and have a coating, you will have to snort them. I have mostly read that they are near impossible to shoot. The instant release are round. It sounds to me like the pills your buddy has are likely the ER, because the IR's dont come in 20 and 40, but they only come in 5 and 10 so there is a chance.

You sound like you likely got a large tolerance but I will still tell you that oxymorphone is very strong, I would say 4 to 6 times stronger than oxycodone when snorted. And even though I dont think I need to, I also have to tell you that taking Opana orally is a complete waste. It has a horrible BA that way so whatever you do dont swallow them. Blow, plug, or bang em.
