Opioids Switching from IV dilaudid to oral oxycodone

I have looked at the various conversion charts but am getting contradictory info so I was hoping you guys could help me find the right dose.

I usually take 5mg of dilaudid via IV route. This dose gives me a good rush but I'm not nodding out or anything. I will be trying oral oxycodone for the first time and want to find a comparable dose. What do you guys think.
 
Probably in the 60-80mg oral oxycodone range will get you straight. While oral oxycodone has a very good oral bioavailability (I'm on it for chronic pain) that rush from IV hydromorphone probably isn't achievable with oral oxycodone although the euphoria at the right dose is much longer lasting than HM.
