Opioids Switching from Fent to Sub

How long would one have to wait so that you dont get Precipitated withdrawals? I took my last hit of this white powder at 1:50pm. I snort it. And i havent been on it for that long. Maybe like a week idk.
 
If you've been only on fentanyl about a week and nothing else then why take the sub? You haven't been on it long enough to develop a physical tolerance and thus would not withdrawal. Save the sub for a rainy day.
 
A minimum of 24 hours even for short acting opiates. It may take a few days stabilizing on the sub for all your WD symptoms to subside.
