note to mod : i didn't use the term swim because this is a legit medical question and not for any " nefarious " purposes if required could you edit it to use the term swim.
i have a question, i was put on oxycodone for spinal disease / other stuff and after 2 years i was up to 200MG per day. but my doctor retired and reduced my dosage to 60mg per day just enough to reduce the pain to a barely tolerable level as he said the new doctor was a bit of a dick. and didn't like giving out oxycodone as he didn't like the drug and as he predicted the new doctor took me off of oxycodone and switched me to 1MG hydromorphone pills i went through a withdrawl and was only majorly sick for 2 days but as i was on benzos for the first time for those days i pretty much slept 18/24 hours and after the 3rd day i only had a few lingering effects it has been 1 week since i took ANY oxycodone and only have taken 7 1mg hydromorphone pills since i've gotten them my question is how much hydromorphone would i have to take to get similar / equal effects of 200MG of oxycodone. and would this be safe? as someone told me my opiate tolerance would drop rapidly.
