Swimming before a roll

Hey guys,

Well its been long debated that exercise releases endorphins etc etc, and there's no debating that you do feel great after doing a load of exercise and coming home to relax.

Me and my girlfriend are planning for our first roll and I thought going for a swim before, coming home quite tired but in a relaxed way, then dropping and rolling could be amazing.

Then I thought of the possible health risks. I know MDMA puts a strain onto your body, and I am unsure of whether it would be dangerous to put it through even more strain after I have just put it through an hour or so of exercise.

Well, hmmm, I'm not sure what the answer is to your question so I wont try to answer but I will say that I have definitely gone to the beach and swam, or done other physically exerting activities before rolling and never had a problem.
 
Its not going to effect your roll at all IME. when i was rolling, my job was a physical as they come and I was very active in off time too. this is the same thinking of some athletic coaches when they tell their players not to have sex before a game. but its just not founded.
 
If I were you I wouldn't do any vigorous exercise before, just so your roll is more enjoyable and you don't feel too tired during/after... But swimming a little bit before might be nice and might put you in a really relaxed state of mind, which consequently might mean less anxiety during the comeup :D
Tell us how that goes! I want to try that sometime, even though I don't have a pool, and I only roll at raves. Lol
 
Exercise before rolling is great, as long as you are used to exercising. I once dropped a roll and went for a quick 3 mile bike ride before it came up. It made the roll come up much quicker, and it hit reallllllll nice. Just as I was getting home and biking through the underground parking where I lived I noticed everything was looking and sounding very different - I was surprised how quick it came on from the exercise.

I say go for it! Swim yourself into a nice aerobic exercise high, then drop. It'll feel goooooooooood. :)

That actually sounds like an amazing idea I had never thought of. It would be perfectly safe (aside from the normal precautions you'd take when normally taking MDMA) and would be a beautiful end to a wonderful day. =D

We don't allow SWIMming on here!

I'm just messin, it will raise your metabolism and the roll will hit better, and may be a bit shorter. If anything more will get absorbed than if you were lazy and popped it. Have fun
 
I'm all for exercise of some form before rolling. In my experience it has really made the roll much more enjoyable and i feel better knowing that i am keeping in shape so that i can party more with no anxiety. :D It will also probably have you coming down a bit sooner too, since you'll burn through it faster, but that's really not a big deal. Have some cannabis around for the comedown and some light foods/drinks and fruit and maybe take 50-100mg 5-HTP about halfway into the roll and one again when it's done. Works like magic for me.
