Sorry for not being specific. I have 75mg of morphine in my possession, what's the most I can safely take without oding by the plugging method?

I have low tolerance, the only opiates I've had was 30mg hydrocodone and 30mg morphine earlier. I plan on taking morphine tomorrow, just need to get an average on a good dose.
