swim going to OD?

swim takes 60 mg methadone daily via mmt. today he had to take 100 mg for reasons out of his control. he also taes .25 mg klonopin daily reducing either of the drugs results in sickness........ is the extra 40 mg likely to result in OD? he dosed at 6 this morning, its now 10:15 not feeling right, he has fell out from this combo before from much higher doses and came close to death and it seems to come out of nowhere. he once fell out in a sprint store waiting for my phone.

You need to go to the hospital ASAP. Please do not delay, you ingested twice your normal dose of methadone it can be a very serious issue and you will simply die no warning no way to delay it you will pass out seemingly at a random time stop breathing and die, it happens a lot.

I have to close this because no one online can keep you safe. You ingested a potent opiate in a large dose and it takes a while to peak. I know it may seem like its been a while but both drugs have long half lives so please for your sake get a professional to watch you. Embarrassment and the recourse that follows will be but a minor bump in the road, death is forever. Please take care of yourself we dont need another person lost due to a fear of getting help.
