swelling in part of hand

i do alot fo cocaine and after i started smoking ti one night,and taking opiates, i notices swelling in the palm of my hand beside my thumb cose to my wrist. Im just wondering if anyone has any clue what this could be from?? its been there for nearly two weeks. I use the computer alot and its on the hand i use the mouse with. it doesnt hurt and it ustu have some dark tint kinda like a burise but not enarly as porminent.

Water retention maybe? From opiets (live damage) or from cocaine (heart damage blood flow issues)
Or nothing. Not sure.... which hand? every time? Did you get a cut or anything?

right hand and no cuts its possible cocaine aggravates it, anyone else share a similar experience? what was it?
