baked with nothing on it usually... they are really sweet alone. with a little butter and brown sugar sometimes and its like a dessert. i have about 6 of these in my fridge right now, i eat them a lot.
I steam then mash them with butter and some onions and use them as filling for pel meni, which I slather with sriracha chili sauce, rice vinegar, curry powder, sour cream, and fresh cilantro sprigs.
