Opioids Swallowed Balloon with H.. 3 days not coming out.. Help!

My friend just swallowed a balloon 3 days ago and nothings come out. He's done this a ton of times before and everything always worked out fine. He tried enemas, some laxatives, and nothings coming out..


Is this normal? How long should it possibly take before we should start wondering?

Are there any tips anyone could give to get that thing out of him ASAP?

Okay, I'm gonna go out and ask the obvious, why did your friend swallow these balloons? Cops? Smuggling? Anyways if you've tried enemas I think there's nothing left but to wait it out, you can also take magnesium citrate and fiber to soften your stool and clean out your GI. How does your friend know that the H wasn't compacted in his stool? Is he really breaking apart and examining his crap? Sorry if I'm of little help, the only time I've swallowed any drugs was some weed and there was no way I was gonna start shit digging for a dime of herb. Actually now that I read the title again I think it should've passed by now, but then again I'm assuming he's an opiate addict so he could just be really constipated.
 
Be careful not to do anything too drastic that could wear down or puncture the balloon, that would be highly undesirable... Just wait it out. If in a few days you haven't seen it then yea you missed it. Serves your sponsor right for not checking his mule's poop himself lol.
 
If it was a lot of dope and it breaks open inside his GI tract that could potentially be pretty bad. I know that within the stomach the BA of heroin is relatively low and thus it is pretty safe to eat a large amount of heroin, but this is a different story within the colon/lower GI tract. Thats why plugging heroin is second only to IV in terms of BA and onset/duration of effects, because rectal BA is so high.

So like I said, you need to be patient and wait another day, two days max. If he doesn't see it by then, he either missed it, or needs to listen to his body carefully and if he begins feeling sick, nauseous, high, etc., go to an emergency room immediately. Depending on how much dope was in the balloon, he could overdose relatively easily if it breaks.

Not too sure, but I think the relative safeness of the balloon in his lower GI in terms of if it breaks also varies widely depending on what kind of heroin it is. It is my understanding that some east coast powder (H #4) would be much more dangerous inside the GI than, say, black tar, or H#3. I could be wrong, though - I'm not that well versed in the differences between different types of heroin since I've only ever gotten powdered H#4 in NYC, I just know that there are differences.
 
I agree on worrying about it bursting in his stomach. Really examine the crap would be my advice, sift through it with rubber gloves on.
 
I know its not ideal, but have considered going to the Dr and get an ex ray or ultra sound done? I know they sell ultrasound machines for mothers to be at the stores but not sure how accurate or expensive they are
