No, they were actually saying to go to Bluelight to learn more information on certain drugs. The speaker who is an IL state trooper but does a lot of helping with the DEA in IL however, was very ignorant. Said that if someone wanted to try Ecstasy, they might as well stick a gun in their mouth and pull the trigger also that GHB is some "nasty stuff" because it messes up your body and people get raped a lot on it.
