Cocaine Surgeon and cocaine use

So. Lately after a long day in the OR typically I wind down with a quarter ounce of rock cocaine however considering I'm a neonatal heart specialist and need steady hands I've thought about quitting. The habit can get expensive on the weekends (I am not an addict, just a social smoker) and what makes matters worse right before hitting my stem I projectile vomit and usually this happens in the restroom in the surgeons lounge. A coworker recently asked me was I bulimic bc he notices vomit almost everytime I come from the lounge. I cant keep making excuses. Furthermore, I am having issues controlling my sphincter muscles as well. I have ruined multiple pairs of OR scrubs. Does anyone have any experience with this? Should I relinquish the drugs for the paychecks? Someone help please.

I really feel like this is a troll post. The grammar is not medical school level, and a doctor would know why he is puking and losing control of his asshole. Shitting yourself multiple times at work? What????
