How long would that town's supply be fucked up for?

Longer than a month?

Assume the town is rich with oil money...

200,000 people is a large town... That's bigger than a lot of cities. Anyway there's no telling, but I would expect the void to be filled in no time.

This isn't appropriate for this board. We have no idea. 200,000 is a lot of people for a "town". And since when do towns get "rich with oil money"? Is everybody in the town rich? Does that have anything to do with the question at all?

If the demand is there, it will be met, sooner or later.

I'm closing this because its just a speculative question and is outside the scope and guidelines of this board, PM me if you have any questions.
