Stimulants Supplements to take before recreational amphetamine use to prevent any neurotoxicity?

I've read that abusing adderall at a younger age (14 or 15) will cause more permanent damage to the brain,
At that age, I had been abusing adderall with about 10-15 doses of 120mg XR over the course of 4 months
I'm wondering about a list of helpful supplements to take before dosing up on adderall for recreational purposes?
And also, the quantity of each supplement and time prior to dosing to take it- keeping in mind any interactions, obviously avoiding any negative or harmful ones

And also- if I am taking extended release adderall, baking soda will potentiate it? How much, when should I take it.. and how should I get it down?
