as you can see opti-men has many supplements that can benefit your roll , but with all these other nutrients will this benefit your roll at all ? or ruin it ?

Optimen uses the lowest of low grade of vitamins there is as well as. That is why it's so cheap. Vitamins such as Controlled labs Orange Triad or AOR orthocore use the highest grade of vitamins there are, im not too sure of roll enhancing but I'm sure it helps post rolling to replenish your body with nutrients it needs.

I don't see any reason why you can't take one (serving) before your roll. I don't see anything in it that would affect it negatively.

we're talking about MDMA not opiates. This supplement won't degrade the roll lol. Because it has a little vitamin C? I doubt it..
