OKAY SO - summer is just around the corner, and me n my friends be makin a list of random shit to do on random drugs at random places=D

summer is 3 months long, soo farr i plan on doingg

-ecstasy once every 2-3 weeks (i usually take 5 week breaks MINIMUM)

-shrooms probs once overall

-acid probably once erry 5 weeks

-adderoll or concerta once a week

-weed once a week

SOO my question for all my helpful bluelighting pals-

-what supplements should i stock up on to prevent/reduce/reverse the damage done (yes i realize there will be MUCH damage)

-what can/should i do during the summertime to help out my body, i know working out is good but i'd just like to hear errybuddys input.

(FYI i cant order stuff online, i can only skate to health shops/etc)

i currently take a multivitamin, B-complex, magnesium oxide/stearate, melatonin and workout 3 times minimum a week.

thanks everyonneee!

Make sure you do lots of tre flips to supplement all the mdma damage.
Oh and don't forget backside heelflips

I would add an anti-oxidant stack containing A,C,E,Selenium. You can do this by the individual pill or you can get an all in one ACES cap. Take your multi in the morning and ACES at night. You should also add 4-6 grams of omega-3 supplement per day. A diet based on fresh, raw plants (greens, fruit, roots, and seeds) is the most healthy. This is a diet for everyday living.

Specifically for the drugs you listed...the top 5 have strong serotonin action so probably 5-htp pre and post trip. Otherwise plenty of sleep and LOTS of water.

Finally, move out of LA bro. That summer time air is killing you softly ;)

Milk Thistle for your liver, especially if you're throwing alcohol in the mix. I live on Milk Thistle, it's helped my hangovers immensely!

first off, your frequency of use is already putting you a great deal ahead of the game. MDMA is the only substance you list that, IMO, would benefit from certain supplements. here's a fantastic thread devoted to just that:

firstly, i'll second glitterbizkit's call on Milk Thistle. currently, i am not taking it but it's a great supplement that is totally worth buying.

anyway, my personal recommendations start with Omega 3's. i take 'em daily, dosing them throughout the day (you can take them all at once if you'd rather). i dose so i'll end up taking 1.5g. EPA and 1.0g. DHA by the day's end.

next, Magnesium. Magnesium supplements can be tricky because they come in a variety of forms. you mention that you take Magnesium Oxide. Magnesium Oxide unfortunately has poor bioavailability. i would recommend a switch to either Magnesium Citrate or Magnesium Glycinate. 400mg. of Magnesium daily should work just fine.

those are the only two supplements i currently use. i also take vitamins but you seem to have things covered in that department. in case you're interested, here are a few other supps. that i use to use and liked: Acetyl-L-Caratine, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Ginkgo, Green Tea and Taurine.

besides working out, i guess my next recommendation would be drinking lots of water. eating well is a fantastic idea but, honestly, i've never been able to do any better than decent with my diet. it's a great idea nonetheless. one other recommendation that perhaps i should have written earlier. any supplements that you are using for the first time, give them a test run first. try them at a smaller dose for a day or two just to make sure it doesn't disagree with your system.

It sounds cliche, but the best thing for preventing health problems is living a healthy lifestyle, which includes:

Nutrition

Exercise

Sleep/Stress Management

Of the drugs you mentioned, only MDMA and Adderall have the potential to cause physical health issues like cardiovascular problems or neurotoxicity. Staying hydrated and cool and making sure to eat and sleep are the biggest concerns with uppers and E.
