=DI'm sure you guys /gals have been asked this before so bare with me as i am a newbie.
Anyhow, I had my son 3 years ago. Before then I was a 5'9 blonde and 130 lbs . Now I'm 5'8 and 174lbs. I swear I had my son and he sucked all the energy out of me and I can barely keep up with him! Ofcourse I used to work out 4 to 5 times a weeks before having Austin. Now I barely work out and have very, very, very, very little energy since I have been clean for 2 months.
What I want to know is what are good supplements (and fairly cheap) that will lift me energy and help me lose weight and get back to working out, even if it's just walking with my son and going to the park. I used to take xenedrian but it was full of ephedra, that stuff was wonderful for me,via the energy and weight loss but now alot of things dont contain ephedria. IswearifIcouldfindpure ephedria at GNC tomorrow I would buy it all up!!Tomorrow I'm going grocery shopping and I'd like to pickup a few things to help me get back to what I was b4 or close to it!!
Thanks so much with all your help !!<3

If you can find them, just plain old caffeine pills worked wonders for me when I dind't have time to sip on hot coffee. I believe they were 100 mg. of caffeine in each capsule; which is around the same in a large coffee I believe. Sorry I don't have any other suggestions, as I've always just stuck with black coffee, but I'm also interested in hearing anymore ideas...

the number one thing you want is: fish oil.

Great supplement (anti-depressant type effects and great cardiovascular benefits).

Apart from that: plenty of water and quality sleep.

Plenty of veggies, fibrous to fill you up because you're going to want to do a...

caloric restriction.

Calories in should be less than calories out (but not by much or you'll start taking away too much muscle mass).

Combine your caloric restriction with lifting weights and cardio (maybe do one every other day).

You can grow your own ephedra! I grew it at one point in my life when my family was together and we had a wonderful house. I took out some of the grass in the backyard and started a medicinal and edible garden. One day i will have a small piece of land i can call mine. Even if its 20 feet long and 10 feet wide :)....

You can still buy d-ephedrine pills in the US, you just have to ask for them OTC. I was buying them in 2005 and 2006.

Better yet, accept your weight for what it is and don't worry so much, and maybe change your diet and exercise when you have the time. Your BMI is just slightly overweight. What if you have a cardiovascular incident like a heart attack or stroke from taking stimulants? I find a lot of women who are mildly overweight terribly attractive.

gaian planes: does flax seed have the same benefits as fish oil?

Both fish oil and flax seed oil have benefits and potential drawbacks. Fish oil is an excellent and usually uncontaminated source of EPA and DHA, which the body uses to make the “calming” omega-3 fatty acids and keep the brain healthy. Consuming them directly can ensure that one gets enough. Flax seed oil contains ALA, which the body can use to make all the omega-3s that it needs. The body needs ALA to make other omega-3s, even when it gets enough EPA and DHA from fish or fish oils. We can also say that supplements which contains fish oil is known as best dietary supplements.

Fish oil also includes compounds that increase acetylcholine levels (DMAE) which has positive effects on fat-burning as well as a positive effect on GH (which would have cascade effects to increase nutrient shuttling).

Fish oil is fuckin' good.

Caffeine would work. Combine some coffee in the morning with moderate exercise. Even a short walk in the morning will increase your level of energy. And then just build on that. Don't expect to go from 0 to 60 if you haven't exercised in a while. Just take it slow. You'll get there.

I been taking Hemp seed oil as a clean and cheaper alternative, does it have this compound as well?
