supplement questions?

Hey I'm new to using supplements for rolling and am wondering just which ones to use, when to use (pre or post roll?), what dosages to take them in and exactly what each one does. Thanks ahead of time for the info!

dont pre load at all, i find it doesnt do anything but dull the roll.

After your roll, before bed take 1000+mg vitamin c, have a glass of green tea to take it with, and also pop some magnesium. When you wake up, have like 300mg 5-htp w/ breakfast, DO NOT TAKE ANYMORE 5-htp after that though.

Another thing that seems to help me immensely, and brings back to roll a bit, SMOKE A FAT BONG LOAD before bed as well. Youll feel great the next morning.
 
300 mg is a huge dose of 5-htp, I got serotonin syndrome from taking 200mgs of that shit and that was three days after my last roll.. then again I rolled twice in three days. Food sources of tryptophan are much better than 5-htp. I'd replace the 5-htp with a bowl of whole grain cereal nd milk with a banana, you don't wanna fuck with that shit, honestly. 300 mg of 5-htp is a big dose if you take it on the comedown. Its ok if its the next day. Notice i said take NO MORE after that. Im well aware of the risks.

Plus, you said you rolled twice in 3 days........

Okay, I guess one dose afterwards cannot hurt, either way IMO it's big. I wasn't trying to say he'll get SS, just that I did from less 5-htp so definitely be careful. Yeah, I rolled twice, but who really knows what the OP may plan to do at some point, so I am just trying to let him know what not to.. And the reason I say to replace it is because I really don't see a reason to take 5-htp post-roll anyway, it didn't make much of a difference for me (I'm talking about times before the whole SS scenario). It's not as if it'll actually help you to recover any faster. Unless you are experiencing a really bad day after I don't see the point, and if you are fuck it I guess give it a shot if you want just don't take anymore after the next day. That'll all being said, I'd still say a tryptophan high diet would be more effective that 5-htp.

Yeah it did, thank you! I am looking forward to trying some of these supplements on my next roll. I am also going to try out Sam's E-diet and see how that works out as well.
 
has anybody mentioned noopept or the 'racetams yet? Or melatonin? Or EGCG? Or tryptophan? Or magnesium?
 
Lmao my e-diet gets about dont it hahaha

Tryptophan diet including carbs for help of conversion, some exercise + getting good sunlight over the period of a 60 day wait = Absolutely fucking Awesome mdma experience, and the dose shouldnt really get higher than 150mg, I reccomend 100mg (sensitive users) - 120mg (Not so sensitive users)
