ok so for a week i couldnt figure out wtf was going on with my arm and even posted on here trying to figure it out ... i didnt realize your vein could acually harding up so i didnt think it was my vein... today i was feeling around in the crook of my arm and realized it was my vein indeed..it feels like a pen tube in the crook of my arm from what i can feel for at least an inch unless the vein gos deeper in my arm and cant feel...my question is ..is this something i should def go to the doctors about?

its been about a week and a half and it has slowly got just a little worst not to bad though just hurts like a bitch ...

i will go to my doctor if i really have to but i just got health insurance and have only been to him once the thing is that i really dont want him to think i am a junkie ...i have been clean 2 1/2 months and only used a few days last week

anyone know if you can you get Superficial thrombophlebitis in a artery? i really feel like a hit an artery when this happened

fuck man im freaking out ... i really think this is my artery cause i remember being so desperate and couldn't hit a vein that i was digging around in my arm and when i shot it i got a stinging feeling after and didn't feel the shot..(i know it was stupid to do) It really is about as about as thick as a pen tube and its right under the vein i usually hit... anyone know if your artery can harden up from IVing into it?

I can appreciate your concern, but please don't start a thread in another area if one was closed already elsewhere. This is the third thread and again, all we can tell you is that you need to seek medical attention if you're concerned about it.

PM me if you have any questions.
