Super Slow Weight Training

^I searched that form and people argued both sides. There were no definitive answers there either...

I do know that it is harder to blow a tendon or tear a muscle using one's own body weight.

In the end, what ever works for you is the best I guess.

You could start a thread asking which method of training will make you the strongest and I promise you will get definate answers.

But yeah whatever works for you, I guess you could say weight-training is overkill unless your fighting professionaly or whatever.
