Super high dilaud tolerance

hello I Am currently considering trying to quit using dilaudid as a recreational IV drug and am looking for some input. I am using about 60-70 mg's a day and was wondering if anybody out there had experience with levels that high. if there's someone out there that has a tolerance like this or had a tolerance like this I'd like to know how you went about tapering down and how long it took and how it felt. Thanks

i do 80mg per shot every 2 to 3 hours just to not feel sick i don't get a rush from it anymore and i drop off at that dose consistently bad planning i guess but you want the wds to be bad if you truly plan to quit

Well, I had an above knee amputation done not that long ago and the femur is actually regenerating itself pushing out through the end of my stump causing me a great deal of pain so I actually will need to use something to try and get some form of pain relief. I just really want to stop using the drug as an IV recreational thing.

Switch to methadone...

There is no way in hell you are going to get off dilaudid with more dilaudid...
