Super hairy weed with brown things?

I just got this weed which is covered in red hair and it has this brown stuff all through it. I can't figure out what it is, any help would be awesome
It might be a bit hard to see but there's brown things in with the bud

looks fine. No idea what specifically those brown things are if I'm looking at the right spots, but I do know when I was younger and used cigarette cellophane to hold a few nugs then a few specks of tobacco (i.e. "brown things") would inevitably end up on my herbal.
