I've been reading these forums for quite a bit now and have always gotten good info. 10 days clean from the dirty H. Figured being proactive and joining would help even more! I hope to provide good advice and add (actual) cognitive information (now that I'm clearing the fog).

Welcome! I wanted to personally congratulate you on your 10 days! I just hit my 12 months with that shit. But you've made it through the hard part!
