what is this ?

i have codeine tablets, with codeine, sulfogaiacol, extract grindelia

I have no idea what this stuff is apart from codeine,

any help would be nice, i have searched online and not found anything that help me understand what it is.

maybe this can go to advanced drugs if noone can answer this here, I would kind of like this answered before i take large amounts of this stuff.

It's an expectorant. It'll help you produce mucous if you have an unproductive cough, meaning it'll make you cough. I don't know too much about it, it could be a very unpleasant event if you overdosed on this stuff trying to get high on the codeine, and is probably best avoided.
Since information on this stuff is lacking, I don't know it's solubility in water, so we can't expect a CWE to render this as dry powder stuck in a filter. It's not worth abusing these, high doses of any expectorant will be extremely uncomfortable, and you'd be unlikely to receive much sympathy at the emergency department, as they won't give you an opiate to sooth your coughing.

These are better saved for for an occasion when you're sick. Oh, and don't be so impatient, no one has to do anything, and this isn't ADD material.

Yeah, no one has to do anything,

that is WHY i said "maybe" did you miss that part ???

so I am not being "impatient", I just added that there so this question may hopefully get an answer, as i take my heath seriously, and had already searched a fair bit for this substance.

and if it didn't get a solution here, "MAYBE" something could happen to it to help it get one, i would of included that in my first post, but thought if it afterwards.

Carl does not know what he is talking about. It is not an expectorant. The info sheet says it's for "dry" coughs. It says: do not mix it with an expectorant.
