I had a really depressing/lack of energy come down two months ago after waiting a month. I took about .25-.3 last night and I'd like to avoid the same experience as the last time. I know smoking is one option and I'm planning on taking some supplements but is there anything else that might help me stay more 'positive'? Thanks guys :)

Exercise, exercise and more exercise - I mean heavy exercise, sweat it out! Intense exercise stimulates your neurotransmitters and promotes the production of new ones. After I roll I typically do weights/run, it just makes me feel so much better. If you're lacking the energy/motivation you've just gotta force it.

Thats my main suggestion, others include:
- balanced healthy diet rich in L-tryptothan (carbs) not only good for energy reproduction but also serotonin replenishment.
- 5HTP & vitamins (Vit C in orange juice is neuroprotective and good for reducing any neurotoxicity).
- Socialising with close friends.
- Re-playing songs that were on while you were peaking - it often brings the euphoria back - pretty cool!

Personally I wouldn't recommend smoking weed, it just makes me lazy/anxious, but if it works for you then do it. Staying drug-free for the comedown is much better IMO.

I cannot stress just how good a heavy exercise sesh can make you feel - try it!

Hope this helped.

Oh definitely, thanks a lot! Yeah I think I'll hold back from the weed until I get in a really bad place. Here's to hoping the next couple days aren't shit >_>

Get out and do stuff instead of feeling sorry for yourself! It can be hard to force yourself, but you'll thank yourself for it.

As JWills20 said exercise, as well as sunlight is the one!

I get straight back into my weights/exercise regime after a heavy weekend and feel fine in a couple of days.

To be precise, what do you mean by "comedown"? Are you talking about the immediate crash, where you feel bad for a couple to several hours after the main effects of the MDMA have worn off, or are you talking about a hangover, where you feel bad for a couple to a few days following MDMA use? For the former, pot and benzos clearly cure nearly all ills (and ketamine and nitrous do the trick for the first couple of hours). For the latter, 5htp supplementation, a good diet, and aerobic exercise are key.

Felt not low, but not great after weekend, weights a couple of days later - wasn't a great workout but I felt MUCH better.

For immediate crash try a turkey sandwich, glass of milk and a bowl of dank.. For the following days I like a few games of basketball or some time at the gym. Any type of intense exercise.

Love to hear it. Last time was my first 'hangover' so to say - had big head-pressure and scrambled cognitive functioning - twas weird as I had to drive home for 3 hours. When I got in, absolutely knackered, had a massive run, slept for 16 hours and felt fresh the next day. What a beaut.

As vinyljunkie said benzodiazipines help immensely with the immediate crash (1 to 6 hours after the effects wear off). As for the next 3 to 5 days the after effects are greatly improved with lots of marijuana, amino acids like 5-htp and l-tyrosine, body rest and opiate painkillers (namely vicodin or percocet to improve your mood and mask any sore muscles). Hope this helped!

Question instead of benzos could you use opiates to ease the comedown? I have no access to benzos :|

Yes indeed, opiates help immensely with the come down and they won't knock you out like benzo's will they just improve your mood and allow you to ride out the effects with more ease

Cannabis, cannabis cannabis and oh..
.. cannabis lol

Also Vitamin C and L-Theanine (Found in green tea) are neuroprotective so they both help take that shitty feeling away.
