Anyone know what I can do to ease digestive issues (burning, nausea, overstimulated bowels) when I take pure Molly? First time I've done it 100% pure and first time in 5 years. Have sone digestive issues and a pretty sensitive system.

Serotonin is the 'serum' that 'tones' the intestines.
The neurotransmitter that exists PRIMARILY in the smooth muscle of intestines (90 percent) for the PRIMARY purpose of digestion.
Bile is a cousin of serotonin.

In the brain serotonin comprises the densest and most intricate neurotransmitter system.
It is literally wired to the entire brain in a manner that makes other nerve systems look simple in comparison.
It influences blood flow, dopamine transmission, and most notably the endorcrine and adrenal systems.

The pituitary gland will release powerful waves of prolactin and oxytocin at the same time that dopamine is spiking.
Allowing for an impossible combination of hormones in the bloodstream and brain.
A truly unique and 'magical' drug experience.

But first there is a MAJOR cortisol release in the adrenals and massive suppression of dopamine around the brain due to the damaging onslaught of serotonin.
Make no mistake - the brain-gut circuitry has powerfully and potentially damaging effects upon the brain.
Especially the highest brain structures like the prefrontal cortex and visual cortex.

So why should you be surprised that your stomach and intestines have a problem with this?
It is a NEUROTOXIN, so the cortisol response and nausea are NORMAL responses.
Most people experience less of this as they continue to roll, but it is very common early on.

Eating a very healthy diet for many days prior to rolling helps a lot.
Healthy carbs, not fried foods.
And lots of lean protein - which provides all the tryptohpan you need (the sole dietary precursor to serotonin).

Eat well.
And exercise, because it increases the brain's plasticity esp. in regards to serotonin.
It literally sprouts new serotonin axons.

Other than these two things, your only major control is body temperature.
By removing clothing and keeping the AC on a cold setting, you will slow down the metabolism of MDMA in your body.
And you will drastically decrease the nausea and sickness you feel.

It will even reduce the neurotoxic effects in the brain - proven in research.

Take Vit C in high doses as it might help too (but might make you nauseous).
And most importantly of all, do NOT redose.

Consecutive doses cause more and more damage to the higher brain's serotonin structure.
And offer less and less euphoria.

Rolling consecutive days in a row is a VERY big neurotoxic mistake.
You wouldn't BELIEVE what happened to my stomach and intestines as a result of my first mini-binge.
Two weekends in a row and a high dose of benedryl....
My liver nearly ruptured and my intestines felt like they were being RIPPED apart for HOURS.

It took MONTHS before i could eat regular food.
And a year and a half later I can still feel my large intestines being rewired into my brain.
I'm dead serious.

Good luck with the nausea.
Just remember it is a sign of the truth - MDMA is a poison.
An incredible one.

for most people it is just a novelty ROI but for you plugging could be a viable solution to you problem. If you have stomach issues when taking MDMA...Bypass the stomach all together and administer anally. read up on plugging in the directoy for the best way to do it. you will have to get over any taboos you have about putting things up your ass though, If you have any...

when people ask about plugging here ist is mostly because they want to get higher faster. that is the wrong reason to do it. but for someone like you who has stomach issues when taking MDMA it may be just what you need.

FBC, you are one informed dude, and I have garnered much from your posts around here. However, would you agree calling MDMA a 'poison' is just a tad much?

definition -

A substance that, when introduced into or absorbed by a living organism, causes death or injury, esp. one that kills by rapid action.

There is really no proof that when taken responsibly MDMA use causes any kind of injury. I think many, including me, would argue more that there can be lasting positive effects. I always feel 'cleaned out' and 'reset' after I take MDMA.

Perhaps it hit a sensitive bone because I am always hearing people call magic mushroom tripping 'poisoning yourself' and I just don't like the misinformation spreading.

@ OP -

ginger and cannabis are your best bets here. On the come up try not to move much as it can increase the queasy feeling. FBC offered good advice on eating well prior to the roll, if not all the time.

don't take it on an empty stomach. have something really plain in your stomach before you ingest... like a plain turkey and cheese sandwich or something.

i used to get some pretty bad stomach issues with ecstasy and molly. something I figured out is that I was drinking way too much water way too fast. Just take sips of water every now and then, don't overdo it. this can make nausea so much worse.

Pop an antacid. This also potentiates the absorption of Amphetamine, so maybe it will for MDMA as well, not sure (would be a bonus). Either way it will relieve a lot of your GI distress. As others have said, have a small sandwich in your stomach as well.

Do you eat healthily? This has a big impact on how well your GI functions, so of course I'd recommend that instead of treating symptoms, but I know it's not that easy to change :)

yep... i do this too... actually what i do is around an hour before i pop i eat a small bowl of shredded wheat; the fiber helps calm my digestive system (i actually dont get stomach discomfort so much during as before due to the pre roll jitters...) then i take a tums just before for my stomach and 2 ibuprofen for my back (it gets sore sometimes...)

I think that mdma shouldn't really be called a poison, but it is something that many people should treat with respect, But they dont.

I mainly blame the rave scene for people taking too much, i just had to tell someone off from london i speak to, he had attempted suicide and it turns out he was taking it once or twice a Week
