Suggestion for a Recreative Tennis Player in 30s

Hi everyone, and love this forum!

I'm a recreative player currently 32. I consider myself to have above average fitness level. I workout almost regularly with programs from beachbody.com (P90X, Hammer & Chisel, Insanity etc..) and I've been training tennis since a kid. I'm currently 82kg and 181cm with around 20% body fat.

I've some experience with drugs like MDMA, Amphetamine from back in my college days(not for sports) and I have a good idea of how stimulants work. I've also tried before some Modafinil a few times, but only for my job since it's computer oriented and requires some thinking..

So I would be glad if you guys can chime in here and suggest some type of PED for my situation and two goals:

I need some more energy/endurance and maybe concentration while playing tennis. I've heard Sharapova has been taking Mildonium so I'm wondering whether this can boost me up a bit. Unfortunately I have some requirements:

- Has to be available for purchase online and ship to Europe
- Have as low side-effects as possible
- Be in the form of a pill
- I don't care about testing(won't be competing on any significant tournaments)

I'd appreciate your input on this, thanks!

Winstrol (stanozolol, C21H32N20), often called “Winny” would be great.

Do keep in mind, it's not as simple as swallowing a pill and that's it. Do some research on Anabolics. You will need to take all the precautions such as on-cycle support, a PCT ect.

Hi spiritfly welcome to the forum.

I wouldn't recommend an anabolic steroid as suggested above, since you're looking for energy and concentration rather than lean muscle (LBM) gain.

First off, there are a million perfectly legal pre-workout supplements on the market that may well be all you need for your goals, mostly based around some variation of caffeine plus nootropics. Just because they are legal, it doesn't mean they aren't strong or effective. Have you tried any of them?

Hey thanks!

I wasn't taking into account any steroids when I've asked my question, but now that @Steroids mentioned it I'm getting a bit curious since I think I lack a little muscle, but I will open a separate thread for that. :)

To tell you the truth I've tried a few caffeine based like: no xplode, but what I really don't like about them is that they increase my HR and I tend to get a bit jittery from coffee as it is. So it's making me more nervous on the court and playing tennis requires calmness in the mind. I'm a bit panicky in nature as it is so combined with caffeine I tend to lose more tennis points by beating myself. I've also tried modafinil which doesn't give some significant energy, but I was really focused and alert and I noticed that I had quicker than normal reactions at the net, and better instinct. But again what I didn't like was that it increased my HR.

So when I heard that Sharapova was taking Mildonium and read about it, it said that it doesn't bring heart-rate up, but it helps with endurance by providing more oxygen to muscles. So I thought this is something which might come handy. :)

I know that stimulants are supposed to bring your heart-rate up and that's how they work and I don't have any issues with that, but I the feeling of my heart bumping up in my chest like crazy is uncomfortable for me.

Add l-theanine to the intake of your stim and see how that works. L-theanine should calm you enough to be energized by focused and not jittery.

Yeah, it would be great until his joints start deteriorating faster than you can give bad advice. :D Nevermind the fact that these people are already prone to elbow and tendon issues as is.

But holy fuck OP, you're a weekend tennis player who plays at country club. You do not need steroids. I understand there is some competitive component, but this is largely a prissy rich guy sport that does not require the edge that any anabolic could give you. I'd actually argue that they'd be detrimental in this case.

The guy just said he did not mean steroids when asking the question originally... So, a few options include phenibut (in low doses spaced out) would calm you down and clear things up a little bit, it can be found legally on the internet for a decent price. Also lower doses of methylphenidate or amphetamine or pretty harmless (enough that you do not experience euphoria or heart rate elevation). I have seen tianeptine for sale at supplement shops, which technically is and antidepressant that you can become dependent on, but again in low-doses spaced out appropriately it can be useful with minimal side effects. Nootropics like the Xracetams (e.g. piracetam) could be useful also.

Do NOT take AAS, especially just an oral one you can get online - which is risky
