i found that sudafed has " Pseudoephedrine Hydorchloride " 30mg in each pill
is this like ephedrine? if so better worse?
how much is thee most i should take thanx

a buzz??? if it is actually ephedrine then it wll wore than give a buzz, 25mg is the most ive ever seen permitted for a single dosage.

when i was younger and dumber, i once ate 8 sudafed tablets, or 240mg.
caught a buzz equivalent to about 2 cups of coffee for about 3 hours. not worth it, and my liver probably did not enjoy it.
with ephedrine, however, you can acheive about the same effects with 30-50mg.

Same damn thing as ephedrine (for all intents and purposes, PLEASE don't reply going into chirality) .. yeah, you can "get buzzed" but after a few pills you just suffer a ton of nasty side effects, if you want the "speed buzz" then drink a few cans of Jolt (do they still make that stuff?) or get some meth ..
So you can pop a few pills, maybe 3-5, that should give you a nice little wake up and your head will only tingle a little.. any higher and the only thing that increases are those nasty icky feelings you wish would go away, and no, 8 pills wont give you twice the energy you would get from 4 pills..
I will say this.. again.. (pseudo)ephedrine is NOT a worthwhile recreational drug .. you can use it for a slight boost of energy but thats about the extent of it's usefullness..

Yeah, once I took 2 24hr release sudafed and definately got a buz, along with dry itchy eyes and stuff. Thing is, I crushed them and I can't remember why I did that. But yeah, If you want that kind of buzz OTC, just get some ephedrine, caffiene, or yohimbine. Or combine a little of each. I don't know how safe that is, though. I do it with no problems. But don't bitch at me if it kills you. Because when dead people start bitching at me, it's scary as shit.

Again, I advise AGAINST using ephedrine/p-federine for 'recreation' .. if you insist then try taking ephedrine, caffeine, and asprin ..

I guess I'm in the minority here, because I have some fond memories of Ephedrine. Some time ago during my college days a friend introduced me to Ephedrine HCL 25mg pills. I would take 4-7 before class (classes were 3 hours) and the euphoric and increased concentration effects were astounding. I remember one particular class, sociology I think, where the instructor would drone on for the entire 3 hours. I would notice the looks on the students' faces, looks of absolute boredom. I however would always be in my own euphoric world, not minding at all that I was attending a somewhat boring class.
Alas tolerance to Ephedrine grows quite quickly...these days I would have to take at least 7-8 pills to get any extended euphoric effects (and whatever effects I do get won't last nearly as long as they did back in the college days.) Needless to say I don't use Ephedrine much anymore.
When all is said and done I highly recommend the purchase and usage of Ephedrine (just make sure you use Ephedrine HCL, or some other form without extra ingredients.) It's fun while it lasts; at least it was for me.

I don't think that you can get pure ephedrine HCL here in the states anymore. You can get herbal ephedra, and ephedrine/guafenisin combos, but it seems like pure ephedrine hcl is banned.

Correct. Ephedrine must be combined with other stuff before it can be sold OTC, thats why they add 200mg goofynessin to the Mini Two-way's, because the anti-meth laws don't allow it any other way.. no big deal, just go get some p-fed instead of ephedrine, or since yer only taking a few, just choke down the other chemicals..

A while back I bought "Pure Ephedra" from a local truckstop which the label claimed was 250 mg pills of pure ephedrine. The buzz they created would have been enjoyable had my heart not felt like it was going to explode.
I since have learned that ephedrine use tends to cause heart attacks, especially in high doses and if combined with exercise.

ephedrine is a superb study tool. Not as good as dexamphetamine (due to side efffects) but still quite good
it can be good if you want to see a dj but have shit to do the next day as well.. take a few tabs and dance for a couple of hours then sleep.
it makes my head itchy as hell though. like my hair is growing really fast or something

Ephedra is the natural shit, 250mg of Ephedrine would be way to much..
