Bupe Successfully quit a 7 year dependency on subs but 5 months later I’m still going to the bathroom 10-15 times a day

Please anyone who’s been through similar give me hope that I’ll have a normal life again. Please don’t say go to a doctor they’ve drugged me since I was a kid with adderall and concerta then all my 20s with Valium and klonopin then half my 30s with suboxone. Reason I quit suboxone was because it was too expensive to fill I can’t afford a full on appointment and a million tests anyway. Will probably be told to take Imodium or just get prescribed a stronger version. Trying to rebuild my gut microbiome with kefir, pre pro and post biotics, l glutamine and slippery elm capsules. Anyone’s who’s gotten off this and suffered similar digestive issues after please lmk what worked for you.
