Subutex?

Hello, I'm new here and I was wondering if someone could give me some insight. I currently take about 50-60 mg of lortabs a day with the occasional 20 mg oxy. A friend of mine gave me a couple 54/411 pills. My question is, can I take the whole thing? Or both at the same time? Should I half it? Also how long do I have to wait before taking oxy or lortabs again?

Really depends on tolerance. If it was me.... I would do a quarter of it to gauge it's effects on you... As the cliche' goes: You can always take more....
On the issue of the opiate blocking properties... Probably 24 hrs before you can take tabs again.

24 hrs has been my experience after using subutex, suboxone, methadone etc etc...

The way I have always done subs, is to wait a full 22-24 hours from last use. Make sure you are in full withdrawal, then take 2 mgs (that's a good starter point, you can, as mentioned above, always take more) then once ur comfortable, take more every 12 hours if u can go without that long. I tend to be a hard ass on myself and wait till I'm withdrawing again before I re dose
