subutex to codeine how long should i wait

hi everyone need a bit advice and previous experiance, iv taperd down from 12mg subutex to 0/4mg which i have been stuck on for about 2 years, i went to my doc and cancelled the subs as im sick of them plus i was snorting the 0.4 broken in to 4 snorts a day and i just hated it anyway for the past 3 days iv been on kraton but have been prescribed codeine 30mg 8 times a day this is me going in to the third morning now so what im asking when can i take the codeine? as i dont want pwd,is this long enough all info would be great cheers jock

You wont get pwd from subutex to codeine, you would the other way around codeine to subutex.
