Subutex sublingual vs. Dissolving

Hi. I just switched bupe drs., and the new one mentioned dissolving my dose in water and then dropping the solution under my tongue with an eyedropper vs. Just jamming the pill under my tongue sublingually. Is this less economical? Wasteful? Or, more practical as I may inadvertently be swallowing some of the pill accidentally thus minimizing the ROA? Much appreciated! (Oh, been awhile since I've been on BL and I can't seem to find the opiate forum anymore, maybe they're gone? I'm not looking hard enough? Anyway, hence the reason this is posted in 'homeless threads' sorry to cause any unnecessary work for the admins)
