Subutex Putting Me In Withdrawal (No Other Opiates)

I've been on Subutex for over a year, snorting about 2-4 mgs a day (I know I shouldn't be insufflating them I don't need to be told lol). I haven't taken any other opiates since starting over a year ago. I also take 10mgs of Lexapro daily. Starting a few days ago, I feel like my subutex has been putting me into withdrawal. I even tried taking more because I thought my tolerance had shot up, but that just made it worse. Any idea why this is happening? I'm scared and in pain. This is horrible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
