Suboxone withdrawal help

I need some input from any of you that have come off Suboxone. I have been on Suboxone for about 45 days after I moved to it from 90mg of methadone. I ran out because I've been taking 4 a day instead of the 2 & 1/2 prescribed. I wasn't supposed to go back to the Dr for a week but called and asked to come in today. Anyway Saturday morning was the last time I took anything and it's now Wed. Besides some minor symptoms I feel fine. What I'm wondering is after this long should I expect the symptoms to get worse? If not, then I think I'm going to just stop altogether. I'm still going to go to the Dr today and be honest with him but maybe wait to get the subs filled IF he even gives them to me a week early. I'm just curios what to expect as far as withdrawal after 4 days. It would be awesome to be able to stop now. Thanks for any input.
