Suboxone with no tolerance.

Hey all, I found this forum while I was doing a little research on subs.

Today my dealer threw me a 8mg pill with a purchase. From what I've read so far the best way for me without getting sick as fuck would be to rail a 1-2mg line. So far I've come to the conclusion that when taking this is that Insuff>Subling>IV>>>>>>>>>>>>>>freebase, am I correct in all this?

Forgot to add some factors, 5'10, 24, 170lbs. My history with opiates is some Vics I've taken for basic operations that happened years ago.

Also, you have 8mg. of buprenorphine in the form of Subutex, the pill; not Suboxone, the sublingual strip.

There is no sense in IVing the stuff. (contrary to belief, the nalaxone does not inhibit IVing, but you have such a low tolerance that I don't see why you would use this ROA) You're in a great place to not have a tolerance. Honestly, I'd dose around 0.15-0.3mg. insufflated. At these low doses, buprenorphine will act more like a traditional opiate and not clog up your receptors; also, you get more of the metabolites that imo increase the good affects. This might be hard to believe, but I assure you that 0.15-0.3mg. is a large opiate dose.

I wouldn't go any higher than 0.2mg.

Buprenorphine is a very potent opiate for somebody without a tolerance. Tread carefully. Also, no use of SWIM or anything else. It doesn't protect you at all and makes your posts hard to read. SWIM stands for "someone who is me".

He speaks the truth. Buprenorphine is sold in 0.2mg. tablets that are used for analgesia rather than opiate addiction.

^ indeed, especially if you're going to IV, start really low. Can't really advise you on a good insufflated dose unless we know your tolerance.. but with buprenorphine, less is definitely best.

Not really sure what you mean by that!

In terms of bioavailability, IV > insufflated > sublingual > oral.

From wikipedia:

40-50% (sublingual, from ethanolic solution) 35-40% (sublingual, high-dose tablet) ~50% (transdermal) ~50-60% (intranasal)

The transdermal bioavailbility refers to a buprenorphine patch that is sometimes prescribed as an analgesic.
