Suboxone with Fentanyl?

Well, i know it sounds silly, but i read somewhere that a small amount of suboxone(or subutex) can potent opiates..I have some suboxones and i think if this could be done..the fact is i don't hope a lot that this could be done, but sometimes...anyway, in the past i've done this, the first time i shoot 4mg of subutex, i made like heroin, cooked it, and i went to a situation that i will never forget, one of the worst times in my life, fuck...but i'm so idiot, that after some months i took 4mg again, this time sublingual. The result? I fucked up again..not as bad as the other time, but...So this is my expirience with subutex when i was having a patch stucked on me. If anybody knows something, i would be appriciate...:)

You cannot dose suboxone/subutex when you have other opiates still in your system.. It is called precipitated withdrawals. This is because the binding affinity of buprenorphine is much greater than other opiates, and if you dose it with other opiates on your receptors, the bupe basically 'rips' off the other opiates. It is a violent situation, and will throw you into rapid withdrawals which are VERY intense and unpleasant.

Fentanyl is especially tricky because wearing a patch, the opiates linger in your skin for quite some time even after taking the patch off.

to properly dose suboxone/subutex, you must wait until you are in MODERATE to SEVERE withdrawals. Dosing too soon will produce precipitated withdrawals.
