Hey gang. I've been on suboxone 4-8mgs a day for about 3 years and I believe it to be a major contributing factor to toothaches. I'd say I get a toothache2/3 of the time when taking suboxone regardless of ROA.
I've read that evidence suggests use of opiates may cause tooth decay due to dry mouth as a side effect, but I think there's more to it. I can have no pain what so ever before my dose then within 15 minutes have a toothache.
My teeth did suffer a bit while taking other opiates before switching solely to suboxone, but nothing in comparison to the damage done after the switch.
Has anyone read anything concerning suboxone use and toothaches?

Did you say 4 8mg pills or 4-8mgs?
If its 4 pills going in your mouth then that's probably why its so much bupe filling up your mouth and your teeth sit in a suboxone/saliva filled pool.

I never had a cavity all my life then I get on bupe and I get 2 in a year
