Suboxone, Ultram, and 5 Hour Energy Shot Combo

Hey guys I have looked online as well as other posts here and I can find really nothing on the safety of this combo. I took 4mg sub(insuffilated), and a 5 hour energy shot together about 30 min ago. I find the combo of these 2 give a really good feeling but it is short lasying. I have a bottle here of 90 50mg trams and I heard Sub's and Trams go really good together. Is it safe for me to take a 50mg tramadol with my sub and 5 hour shot?? I found alot of mixed answers between taking trams and sub's together but I want to make sure this is in fact a safe combo. Especially since I also drank the 5 hour energy. Can someone please help me??? Also just for more info I am 24 6 foot 160 pounds with no history of seizures or anything like that. tramadol and subs are fine to take together (as i'm sure you've figured out already hahah) as long as you don't take too much of either. be most cautious with the tramadol, i'd advise taking no more than 250mg... the energy shots shouldn't have much of a (negative) effect unless you're super-sensitive to caffeine or some shit, though my friend has puked from drinking too much coffee on opiates before.

Ok thanks man ya I just wanted to make sure because I see some people that say oh ya I combine the 2 everyday and I love it and I see others say not to do this under any circumstance. The main thing I worry about is the whole seizure thing because I have no idea whether u are more probable to have a seizure whn mixing the 2 as opposed to just taking the ultram alone. I said screw it and only took like 50mg of tram and I felt a little bit but not really 2 much. if I can ask 1 more question does combining the 2 make it more likely 2 have a seizure as opposed to just taking the tramadol alone??:D

nahh if anything the suboxone would reduce the chances of having a siezure but still dont take more then 500mg of tramadol as its just not worth the risk.

Ok thank you all for your help ya theres no way ill even be coming close to 500mg. Lol. I can feel 50mg pretty well and the weird thing is that my opiate tolerance is through the roof but this stuff is different. I wonder when u say not to hit 500mg or so just what time limit does that pertain to?? What I mean is say I take 250mg and then I wait six hours, do u think it would then be safe to dose another 250mg within that time frame, or do i need to wait a full 24 hour period??
