idk... but i sure do agree that subs started feeling different to me once i switched from oxy to H. cuz i went back and forth a few times too on the oxy and H with little sub "chips" here and there. the sub always seemed to help more when i was w/d from oxy.
maybe has something to do with heroin/morphine being a traditional opiate and oxycodone being an opioid. hence H giving u more spaced out euphoria and nod, while oxy gives u energy almost.
all i know is that all of a sudden recently the heroin around the great lakes/north-east usa seems to be doing this to some folks. and some of these people have no history of sub use at all or switching back and forth from subs to full agonists.
doesnt mean anyone is wrong. and yeah even having moderate to severe dysphoria while inducting subs is a world away from full blown precipitated withdrawal.
