Suboxone to Generic Subutex

I'm considering switching from suboxone film to generic subutex. Two reasons- it's cheaper and there's no naloxone. I just feel like the less drugs I'm taking the better, so just straight bupe sounds better.

But I'm very happy with the film. Not sure if I'll like the switch to pills. Also, I might be tempted to snort pills, which I don't want to get back into the habit of.

Any advice would be great, thanks! (my appointment is in a couple days)

if you don't want the temptation of snorting the pills then don't switch

That's a good point. I know myself, and I can see myself doing that. And if it aint broke don't fix it?

I would suggest staying on the films even just simply to avoid temptation.
