Suboxone (maintenace) for addrrall comedown

Hey guys, on my phone right now just a quick question. I tried looking all over the internet for it.

What i found was suboxone is good for adderall comedown if you have no tolerance but what i couldnt find was my question...

Been taking suboxone 3mg a day for 6 months...i took my dose this morning than 8 hours later took 60mg of adderall...will taking another 4mg of suboxone during the comedown help at all seeing that im on maintenace. Its all i got

You're going to be on suboxone anyways, and were wondering if it should help how you feel?

Well it can, yes, but what will help the most is eating well, exercising, and getting sleep.

Not how it will effect the hight. I just never dose my suboxone again after my morning dose, but come ing down on adderall i was wondering if taking more will help the sleep and bad feelings that a comedown consists of
