Suboxone - I get hardly anything from sublingually, snorting is much better

If you're concerned about your nose, you could plug.

Onset would also be faster due to the fact that it's liquid rather than solid.
 
Not to try and make you sound like a nieve person or anything like that because i for one am not the brightest person, but have you made 100% sure the technique you use sublingually is right? ( im sure you have im just asking ) I find if very hard not to swallow the saliva it builds sometimes, but then other times it desolves perfect and i dont even get enough saliva to worry about. Makes me think sometimes i do it right and other times i do it wrong. I have at times taken the same exact dose and sometimes it works perfect and once in a while i still feel WD.

I hate that sub headache, i get it commonly. I guess naloxone doesnt agree with me very well. I was never a fan of the snorting MOA, but damn you guys got some balls. That chemical lemon lime flavor kills me. I couldn't imagine dealing with that drip. For a good while i swore that the flavor was chemical oranges, then one day i read the insert that comes with a suboxone bottle, said LEMON LIME FLAVOR as apart of the ingredients, ever since i taste it stronger than ever. Next time you go to take it think about it... I can't even eat the green sour patch kids anymore hah.

Also not to hijack your thread but i was told by some guy at my work that is on Sub mat. that they make " Grape Flavor Subs ". Has anyone else heard of this or is he full of shit?
 
I am currently scripted 24 mgs. a day. I do not sublingually use them except at nighttime I throw 4-8 mgs. under my tongue after my extensive sleep cocktail. The other 16 mgs, I administer by plugging. Better absorption rate compared to sublingually. The way I do it is I go buy a throwaway enema, mt out the contents, crush up my 16 mg., add warm tapwater, let all the pill dissolve and then administer. You may feel funny doing it the first few times, but I am all about getting the most bang for my buck. Am going to taper down to 16 mgs. next week, then 8 the following week. After that I am going to try a small, quick and safe taper. I also regulary go to N.A. meetings, but that is getting off the subject. I just hope that all of use using suboxone are really trying to arrest our disease. It has saved my life. I have not touched dope in 11 days. AND FOR THOSE WHO SAY IT'S A SHITTY DRUG, WELL OBVIOUSLY U R LOOKIG TO GET HIGH OFFF IT. After 28 years of active addiction I can finally focus on real life issues. I hate to preach, but it is pretty much life or death for me. But if I take my k-pins,clonodine,hydroxyzine, and a little Dalmane right on top of my Bupe, I sure feel good.......................Anyways, if you can do it pluggings gonna give ya about 20-25% more than sub. I really didn't mean to come off preachy, its just I am finally trying yo get my life back. I fucking love dope, but it has wrung my soul out me and after 11 days star8, I may just decide to try another 10, just to see what happens. And remember,plug away.-ho:\

You are insufflating and plugging buprenorphine(2 MOAs that are certainly not recommended by your doctor)... and taking a benzo and 2 other relatively potent sedatives.

And you have the audacity to say:

You are in the honeymoon stage of your bupe use. Once you have been on it for 6+ months, get back to us. It feels like a lifesaver now, but that is not always the case.

i just snorted about 2mg of an 8mg pill of suboxone and was wondering how long it will take to affect me and about how long will the high last..i also only do pills a couple times a year
