I took 1 mg of suboxone.
A tiny strip off the original strip. How long does it take to stop blocking opiates

It's best to wait up to a day or two if you want to experience the full effects of opioids.

Drug effect and half-life do not correlate with each other.

Mu receptors will still be saturated by the buprenorphine long after its effects have worn off.

If that's the only bupe you have taken in the last 72 hours or so, I noticed a 1mg dose of bupe will block for about 12 hours. That's just me tho. 2mg blocks up to 24 hours, 4mg 36-48, 8mg+ up to 72 hours.
