That chart there first of all I'm wondering if bio-availability is factored in.

Second question is with very low doses like I tapered down to .25 mg in the morning and .25 mg at night,
I plug my suboxone I'm wondering since it's such a low dose would it drop to low enough levels to start feeling
withdraws more quickly than if I was on a higher dose?

Also I know its normal to start getting more agonist effects once you start tapering down lower
but I'm starting to achieve some minor euphoria from it and seems that I'm getting more pain relief from it.
Could taking 600mg of gabapentin 3 times a day be lowering my bupe tolerance while I'm dropping the dose.

Gabapentin with any opioid provides co-analgesia therefore lowering the need for higher doses of opioids.

The other questions are not clear.

At doses above 8mgs, the bupre saturates the receptors and realistically taking a higher dose doesn't increase the effects, but rather elongated the duration.

I snort my bupre and take doses below 1mg and I can start to feel slight WD after 24hrs, and I know someone who injects below 1mg and he says he can feel slight discomfort at 12hrs.

According to the temesgic website which is bupre in 0.4 and 0.6 doses indicates the half life is 4-8 hrs and I believe it. in my experience, that seems to be true.

At lower doses of bupre, bupre acts as a prodrug by being metabolized into norbup which is a fullagonist and gives more a classic feeling and provides slight euphoria and a slight buzz.

Gabapentin does not affect opiate receptors and there it is physically impossible for gabapentin to lower your tolerance. However gabapentin does synergizes with opiates and produces a nice effect.

Ok so I have a question.

I used to be on 8mg daily with the ability to double and triple (Usually every 2nd day double and every Friday triple)

This was 1 month ago - starting December 20 I started taking 4mg/day (8mg for 2 days)

Took me about 2 weeks to start to feel "Normal" after this I started taking 4mg/2mg/4mg/2mg/4mg/2mg/2mg - does this effectively make the does build up to the same level as if I was taking 3mg? I don't feel the best in the mornings but after I dose I'm fine. Anyone with experience?

Look at the charts above. It takes 37 hours of how many mg's you took to cut that in half. Then another 37 hours to cut the half in half. You have more than 3mg in your system. It will take 10-11 days for the first mg's you took to get out of your system.

It sounds like your taking it every 24 hours. Say if you were to wait the full 37 hours for the 4mg to drop by half to take 2mg, that would now equel 4mg in your system. Since your not, it's probably more like 4 3/4mg's in your system. Then another 24 hours passes and you add another 4mg into the mix.

You'll just have to do a lot of math to figure out about how many mg's are in you.
