Hello everyone, I'm new to this website and appologize in advance if this is in the wrong place or has already been coverd somewhere else. OK so my suboxone doctor currently switched me from 1 and 1/2 8mg suboxone films to 12 mg suboxone films, and the question I have is, are there any differances in ingrediants aside from the bupe/naloxone dosage? because the 12mg films seem to have more substance to them than 1 and 1/2 8mg films, would it be wise to request the 8mg films back or to continue receving the 12mg films? your imput is greatly appreciated.:D

how interesting, had no idea they were making 4 mg and 12 mg subs now. it looks to me like all the subs are exactly the same formulation... they are just taking the existing 2 mg and 8 mg subs and making them larger by surface area to come up with the new 4 and 12 mg strips. so, at the same concentration by area, double the quantity of both active substances, bupe and naloxone. actually i think this is really cool, it should make it easier for folks to meter out smaller doses... cutting up those 8 mg strips can be kind of a crap shoot what your exact dosage is.
