You have 30 subs... that's good! You will be lucky if you taper in a month =)
How do you feel today?
Along side all this, try some other things such as going for a walk while you DO think about those things that plague your mind- eat good brain food such as vegetables or a yummy fruit or just even your favorite meal ... take some vitamins, drink water.
And listen to music... Anything that reminds you that there are things in life to enjoy.. ESPECIALLY the simple things... not a cure all to the depression of course... but I definitely think it is something to ease the PAWS [post accute withdrawal symptoms]
All I said above has been said so much and it's nothing new, but sometimes I personally forget that the small things matter. Or I think it's not even worth trying. So try!
OH and one more thing- I relate to you SO MUCH on the whole thinking about the total shit things I did while high... It can sicken me to my stomach sometimes.. but it does pass.... you are able to slowly .. I guess "wean" yourself off that crippling anxiety you know... the farther time brings you away from it.... that's exactly what you feel-- much farther away from those memories.
