well today is day 3 off diesel................1st day took 3 mg sub then tody took 2mg sub as well as lot of benzos...............im hanging in there but still feelin crappy...............i dont wanna trade opiate addiction for benzo addiction so im gettin rid of some of both benzo and sub since i know if i have it im gonna wanna take it..............
really been buggin most about how i was on dope and xanax and walked outta supermarket without even paying for shit........somehow no one noticed and i was even so worried i called courts couple days later to make sure no warrants got put out...............
man if anyone has anyone encouraging words i could use them............

youve made it this far! & with some luck in the form of free food!

but be careful, that cart could of been a car into another lane if your were driving....

what can i say, keep doing what you are, minus some benzos :\ and maybe you'll keep getting lucky

I would up the sub dose and leave the benzos be until you decide you want off subs. I would stabilize on a certain sub dose for a couple weeks and really look at what using dope does for you? It hard when you have a foot in heroin and a foot in bupe an arm in benzos its like that game where you spin a wheel and land on a color and have to put a foot, hand, etc. on a color until your body gets all contorted eventually falling. I forget the name off that game its bugging me now.

Dont rush it, slow continual improvement is alot better than relapse, bupe, relapse, and on and on. I was doing that the first 3 years on bupe. Its hard but it can be done.

As bagochina said, take the bupe if you want but id drop the benzos. They can help but as an addict coming off of heroin its far too easy to turn your dope addiction into a benzo addiction, as say yourself. Just hang in there man, you'll be fine.
 
they say day 2 is the hardest so you should feel a tiny bit better each day.
i would agree to up the sub does and cancel out the benzos.
congrats on your progress so far!
 
so no one thinks supermarkets gonna try to charge me if no one noticed ? im mad paranoid..........like i said courts say i have no warrants out ..............if i up sub dose then i gotta stay on them for longer , and i have my sub Dr. a dirty test last time.........plus cant i do benzos week or 2 and then ween them

man, unless you walked out with a few carts, i think youre good.

i feel i can promise you that they wont notice, and you will never hear boo about it, you have other things to worry about, atm.
 
my messed up dope day

so day started out good , i made some cash and although it was day 2 on subs i was caving in to get some bags...............got 5 late night and they were real good.............had my 2 in morning (after only sleeping couple hours) and went back to hood to get what was supposed to be fire. it wasnt out but picked up something else decent. then was nodding so hard , from not sleeping combined with the H that i ended up rear ending some lady.................
didnt wanna pull over because i had my stash on my so i drove down street , hid it and went back to see if she had called cops about accident.............she was gone and couldnt even find where i had stashed my shit.............so now i got no opiates , just a few benzo to kick , and possibly this lady has my license plate number and couldve reported that i rear ended her and took off......................
So cant get any more subs for 11 days , figure by tthen tolerance will be low enough to feel goof off them.............now just gotta hope can get my car fixed, aint no warrant for the accident or being all benzod out and forgetting to pay at supermarket..............hoping they wont lock me up when i go on my trip to france in may
Oh yeah and also lost my job this week and gave dirty urine to my Sub doctor.............

problems just never come alone, :( try to find you stash else try and score some methadone or subs to kick with along with the benzo's it should be manable

nope, dui is nooo good, there is too much that can go wrong and its all so avoidable.

you dont think you can find your stuff?!? man, after all that, id either passed the fuck out, or digging for that shit! hah

well, hopefully you get to france, and then ill be sick with jealousy...!

eh, she might and she might not. depends on the person. there is definitely a chance though..if she did report you and give your license you will more then likely catch a hit and run charge and maybe some others...or she might not call.

I hate to say it for your sake, but I would assume the great majority would report it.

How hard did you hit her ? Was there any dammage ?

If you were to catch a charge from it, it would most likely only be a misdemeanor.. as long as you didn't cause the person physical harm.

Talk to your doctor and UP your dose no sense constantly relapsing. I hate to recommend methadone but using can be deadly.
